Valet was missing his frontal lobe and couldn't explain the process. Absolutely ridiculous, expensive and frivolous process of parking with a 3rd party app. Front desk lady was rude, condescending, wouldn't make eye contact and didn't explain the energy efficient card to turn the lights on and made the check in process 15 minutes longer because she couldn't find my Marriot Bonvoy # and just looked away like "well....sorry, you're not in the system"
(odd considering I paid a portion of my room with points.. No closet, no microwave, no bags in the trash cans, tiny frig, bare minimum for towels, and overpriced breakfast.
At least the pool was operative
