Close to airports
Needed for one night and close by airport so it was convenient.
Towels were not provided in the bathroom.
Tv subscription ran out of money in the middle.
Free Breakfast was provided only for one guest and other guests had to pay . Breakfast was good but starts only after 7:30 am
Was not able to turn the light off as it was set based on key initiated switch, if you remove to switch off everything is off.

First off, you have to call them for an airport pick-up, which is normal. The confirmation email gives the hotel phone number to call them. BUT the number was disconnected. I had a hard time finding a number that actually worked. When I was there, I asked them to fix the number. They said they would.
The staff was wonderful. They bent over backward to help me in all the ways I needed.
The room service menu was extensive, and staff helped me to pick something that I would like (as I don't know Indian food names). I had vegetable curry and chipatis (which were smaller than normal). It was delicious! The food was reasonably priced.
I couldn't find the mysterious switch to push to get the hot water heater to work, so I ended up with a cold shower.
I suggest that you ask the staff to show you how to work the shower as well as the air conditioner and the refrigerator.
The room wasn't especially clean or new, but that is exactly what I expected for the price and for a 3 star hotel.
The air conditioner worked great, I slept and ate really well, so that is what is important for me.

They had trouble finding my reservation. The room HAD ROACHES. Bath had no hot water only lukewarm. Bed was bad. Room was noisy. Now I know why price was so low.

Pathetic rooms for the money charged.
Poor quality of rooms and poor service. Lots of scope for improvement.
The room we got had a sofa in a bad condition, the fan regulator doesn't work, toilet jet non functional, uncomfortable bed,switch boards are in pathetic condition.
Good: Breakfast was good.
Reception: They promised to send me an soft copy of the invoice but I never received it.

Poor service
This ist he worst hotel have ever said.They woke me up 3 times in the middle of the night to scan the same passport .
Poor service ,they dont have ac only cooler,no cleaning ,the bed sheets were dirty and poor maintenance,cockroach all around room.Lights not working properly.Staffs didnt have a clue what is hotels.com booking.It took me 1 hour to let them understand this is already paid online .Overall never ever stay in this hotel .Would recommend to stay to any 5 star hotel

Staff was Great!!!!
Stayed here for six nights. The staff was great, the internet worked well in the room. Not far from the airport or US Consulate. Don't let the look from outside fool you,for a budget to medium prices hotel in Mumbai this would be my first pick. Room service food was good. Many cable channels on the large flat screen tv.

Uselt tryck på vattnet till tvättstället. Mycket oljud från fläkt och gatan.

Shady place with pooor amateur staff
This place is super disappointing. Not worth the price for the area its located in and ameneties offered. The rooms are small and have the worst possible view. The attending staff and front desk managers are untrained amateurs. Stay away.

Not bad
Experience was good. For all the people that have complained, I guess for the price that they have paid we cant complain. The one major thing that I didnt like was the entrance which was a bit scary but once inside it was good. The staff were friendly, welcoming and ready to help. There was an issue finding the place but it is in front of Marol Fire Brigade and if you ask someone people are aware of where the hotel is.

I locali sono sporchi e la camera con bagno maleodornte. Nessuna cura nella pulizia e nella manutenzione. Lenzuola e xoperte inaccettabili. Prese e fili elettrici scoperti. Rumore e finestra non del tutto chiudibile ed insetti vari che entrano dalle fessure popolando la stanza nella notte grazie anche alla lamapada esterna che li atrira copiosi. Colazione poco curata e tavoli appiccicosi....

Disappointing stay
It was not a satisfactory experience though I did not stay overnight. I checked in morning and checked out at 10 PM.
Room was very small. Fridge in room was not working (after excuses, staff replaced it). AC was making noise. Bathroom was not adequately cleaned. Toilet shower was not working properly....
Breakfast was OK.
The good thing was vehicle was available to drop us to International airport on time.
I believed I would have got better deal elsewhere....

Hotel telkephone line was not working.Receptiuon welcome was okay.The dining room tables did not have any table cloths. I asked them if we can exchange the free breakfast for dinner because we were leaving very early the next day. They said that this was not possible but promised to give us breakfast because it was complementary.We were given tea toast and jam.and made to pay for this by the Manager Mr Ashwin.He said that this was outside breakfast hours.

Exteriors can be deceiving
outside looks pretty gnarly (not something that will make you look fancy if you're getting dropped off by someone you're trying to impress) - but the inside is clean and well maintained

I normally don't write but this hotel is so bad I felt compelled to write and warn other travellers. Although it is close to the airport it was in the middle of a small slum like area. It was dark and dubious looking with a bar and looked very unsafe. The room was unappealing with thin foam mattress beds. This hotel is less than a one star hotel if a minus rating is possible. Even if one was willing to put up with the substandard nature of the amenities due to the serious concerns about safety, in spite of having to incur the full cost (since it was too late to cancel after arriving at the hotel) I re-booked and stayed at a hotel nearby which was a very decent hotel. It was fortunate that I was able to get the alternative accommodation at short notice in the evening. Hope this review will serve to protect other travellers.

Average Hotel with below average breakfast.
This hotel is OK. Breakfast was below average, Hotel is not so very near to Domestic airport but city like Mumbai you can say that it is located at convenient location. I can say it is a OK budget hotel. Good if you need hotel to sleep only.

Good location
Good value for money. Provides airport drop/pick-ups and complimentary breakfast. Couldn't provide a cash-out against credit card when requested. Hotel was too noisy because of some event in the premises.
