Basic room, had a fridge and private washroom. No TV or microwave in the room itself but the common area has a large tv and area to warm up a meal. Also has pool tables. If your looking for a reasonable price for a place to stay, I would highly recommend

The location was very convenient to amenities. The building is stairs only and no air conditioning. although there is a kitchen, it was without dishes, utensils, and refrigerator, The bed was comfortable and having a personal bathroom was great.

Operating was clean. That was very small. There was no air-conditioning, which may sleeping difficult. It’s a very bare bone stay for the price. You really can’t beat it but if you’re looking for anything close to a typical hotel, you may want to take a second look I would classify this closer to a hospital than a hotel

This property is actual the residence building of the Northern College - Timmins campus. It is located in Porcupine, just east of Timmins. It is kinda hard to identify from the road and I had to call for directions. The room was a bare-bones private dorm room... no a/c, no elevator, no TV, no fridge, but good wifi and an OK bed. The common room does have a/c, a pool table, TV, lounge seating... pretty nice! There are kitchen facilities but I didn't use them. Anyway, it's not the Ritz, but the rate was fair for what it is and I found it fine for a 1-night stopover. I would stay there again.

The room needs a makeover with rug cleaning and bathroom fixes My only complaint really was a woman opened her window and sang really badly at 4 am until 5 am which was very annoying to me as I was extremely tired I guess you get what you pay for
