High level of finishing and upkeep of the hotel, rooms, restaurant and pool.
The pillow service is a good example. Well before our stay we received an email asking our preference of pillows. During the first night we noticed it wasn't the right choice. The next morning we could change it without any effort into a very good alternative.
Our room, the superior double, was spacious, modern and beautiful. We also had a balcony and sea view, but the view lacking the sea would be great as well.
The bed was very good. The combination of the aircon and overhead fan was perfect for temperature regulation during the night, without any noise
Open the balcony door and you are in the middle of city traffic noises, close it and it's silent. Also no noise from the hallway, besides the neighbour's door maybe.
The pool area offers a variety of pool beds in and out the shade in a beautiful garden as well.
The atmosphere is modern and boutique
The spa is not an excuse-spa but a full options wellness with sauna, steam room, halio therapy, luxury warm pool with massage zones
Breakfast is luxury, big variety on offer, daily changes in the buffet with surprising options. Also luxury because of the combined offer a la carte and buffet plus very good coffee.
The combination of the staff and overall experience, the high quality standards gave us the ultimate holiday feeling.
