Very nice hotel, however room for improvement.
Overall the stay was very good.
Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful in sorting out an issue.
The bar/restaurant staff equally as friendly and helpful sorting out a couple of requests.
The bar prices did seem quite excessive though. Itâs actually slightly cheaper in central London at the tourist hotspots than at your bar.
I stayed for a wedding so naturally the bar was going to be visited several times. I felt a little taken back with the bar prices. It took the edge off what could have been a perfect stay.
A few other guests at the wedding did make comment on how expensive the bar was too.
The window on our room only opened a small amount. I understand this is for safety but I feel it could have opened a little more for some fresh air.
The window blind didnât block out enough light in the morning for me. Could really do with some curtains as backup.
The temp settings on the AC controls were confusing. Only could set 7, 8 or 9 degrees.
The room itself was very nice and comfortable. I stay in a lot of hotels for business and donât often see a TV as big as our room at Wildes Inns. So that is a positive.
Bathroom very modern and clean also.
Lots of mirrors and sockets around the room, thatâs a big positive for me.
