O atendimento é ótimo, os funcionários são super prestativos. O preço não condiz com as instalações, que são bem simples e as cortinas do quarto deixam passar a claridade assim o sol nasce, portanto, se você é acostumado a dormir em ambiente bem escuro, prepare-se para acordar assim que nascer o sol. O café da manhã tem pouca variedade de frutas. O quarto para 2 adultos e 2 crianças é amplo.

EXPERIÊNCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Falta Total de Suporte e empatia. PREJUÍZO!!!
Experiência na Pousada Cheiro do Mar foi extremamente frustrante. Por volta da meia-noite, uma oscilação de energia desligou todos os aparelhos de ar-condicionado. Com o calor intenso, dormir se tornou impossível.
Fui à recepção buscar auxílio, mas o atendimento foi absolutamente insatisfatório. O funcionário não apresentou qualquer solução. Apenas informou que a energia só retornaria pela manhã (Previsão). Quando questionei sobre contatar algum responsável, disseram que ninguém poderia ser contactado naquele horário.
Diante da total falta de assistência, fomos obrigados a deixar a pousada de madrugada, a pé, com bagagem. Procuramos outra pousada próxima, onde conseguimos ar-condicionado funcionando, conforto e atendimento atencioso, inclusive com desconto pela situação emergencial. (EMPATIA)
Pagamos antecipadamente na Pousada Cheiro do Mar e em NENHUM momento nossa dificuldade foi reconhecida.
Ao contactar o suporte da Hotéis.com solicitando reembolso, aí sim uma responsável apareceu, mas não para ajudar, e sim para negar o cancelamento. A "responsável" foi ágil em insistentemente negar qualquer reparação, alegando ser problema na rede elétrica. Importante: a pousada para onde nos transferimos, que também teve oscilação, estava funcionando perfeitamente, assim como TODOS os estabelecimentos vizinhos.
FUJAM. Total despreparo, descaso e ZERO EMPATIA . Mais de 1.000 Reais de PREJUÍZO.

Localização excelente e funcionários muito solícitos. Porém as camas com colchões bem antigos e gastos e lençol que não fica preso nela na parte de baixo (virol). Café da manhã muito bom mas fomos avisados que ele nao estava incluso na diária quando já estávamos comendo... no check in só nos informaram a hora e local deste.

A localização da pousada é ótima, os atendentes da recepção também muito atensiosos, até o vigilante no período noturno muito educado e atensioso, as camas estavam muito boa, a limpeza do quarto ok, não tenho o que reclamar, o custo/benefício do local é muito bom, único detalhe é que não tem café da manhã e no quarto não tem como fazer então o Café da manhã incluso ajudaria bastante.
