very dissapointing. The check in took 1 hr, with only three guests before me. The hotel had no hot water on the evening that I arrived and no hot water on the morning that I left. Complaining nu use, it was a general issue.
The reason was because of construction works. The next day the receptionist wanted me to pay the bill, took me some time to explain that I paid it already via expedia, Then she wanted me to pay the city tax, which I already paid to her colleagues the night before when I arrived. I have sent an email to the hotel with this feedback, waiting before I submit my feedback on expedia. No reaction. And that for 225 Euro for one night. Still waiting for a reaction from the hotel how this can be compensated.
