Let's start with the communication. I emailed them and they never responded to both my emails. I called the number provided and the person said wrong number but gave me another number to call. I called that number and the woman seemed annoyed that I called.we agreed to meet and when I got to the location, I waited for 1 hours and no one showed up. I had told them I don't have a international phone so I can't call them. Luckily at the airport the airline I flew in from let me use their phone. After waiting 1 hr, some stranger let me use their phone and I called again they said they will send someone and will be there in 10 mins. After 30 mins they showed up, couldn't verify any info about me, so it seemed sketchy. He wanted me to follow him a few blocks down the road into a back alleyway. I asked him to help me with 1 of my 3 bags, he responded "it's not part of my job " when we got to the room he handed me the key and tried to leave immediately. I asked him some questions which he barely answers and left. They place itself was dirty and not nice at all. I've stay at some shady places in my younger years but nothing like this. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The bathroom was disgusting and a fan on that was noisy which wouldn't turn off. I spent 45 minutes in there looking for another hotel, booked it and left. This is the first time I have ever left a place, I just felt like if I stayed something bad would happen to me. Expedia tried to reach out and they never responded.
