I really enjoyed my stay, it was convenient to beautiful attractions that was a short walk. Had sidewalks the way there not to mention it's right there in the historic town with amazing buildings restaurants and so many unique stores. The inn had an extra parking lot across the street very safe and quiet. Had some great pizza at Michaels. Room was clean smelled great the water was hot and the bed was so nice had a very rested sleep. What a calm town love it! Breakfast was great...owner was great...I don't know why so many bad comments! Thank you
Not bad on the outside, though you have to go across the whole town to get to it. However when I got in my room, it smelt like smoke and there were clear burn holes in the comforter⊠and the sink didnât drain in the bathroom.
Nowhere mentioned is the fact this is a motel..or that they're isn't enough parking for the facility and you have to park across the street. I suppose i should feel safe that it's between a bank and a church... it's what i get for not doing more research on a place.
Also...the floors are squishy...and the smell of pinesol is so strong that it gives the impression of clean. Do not recommend.
The bathrooms are TINY. be prepared. The food was NOT good. Like the pancake syrup container was stuck to the tray and we were the first people there. The syrup also tasted like it had soured. The bread for toast was in the bread bag just all wrapped up no tie or anything. We ended up getting the kids McDonald's
We had a good welcome and check in experience but quality it wasn't.
The rooms were very tired, and drab looking. Our friends had a room with a tub, but couldn't use it because there was no plug.
Breakfast was limited but ok. It's not a fault of the hotel but people talking very loudly outside late and night and at 5am in the morning wasn't great.
