Très bien situé. L’appartement est grand et fidèle à l’annonce. C’est cependant très bruyant la nuit (bruit des trams et éboueurs). Réseau internet très difficile. A noter: pour ouvrir la porte de l’immeuble, il faut avoir accès à l’internet.

The property is large and spacious, if you have heavy luggage be aware there is no lift only stairs to the property. We only stayed here for one night and it served the purpose overnight stay before we went to our final destination as we had a late flight and this was en-route, it is located centrally so there is external noise of transport.

Une arrrivee totalement autonome vous ne verrez personne, attention à bien avoir de la batterie sur votre portable sinon vous ne rentrerez pas, appartement de taille très bonne Par contre presque plus de pile dans la télécommande Clim donc écran éteint , salle de bain très très basique (cabine de douche à améliorer ) et fenêtres à changer, on entend trop la rue et les mécanismes des fenêtres sont très très vieux

Les photos de la chambre sont représentatives mais le reste de l'appartement n'est pas en bonne état. Il y a des éléments fortement dégradés. Très bon emplacement avec un parking souterrain pas très loin. Insonorisation inexistante... vous entendez les piétons dans la rue et les camions poubelles la nuit comme si ils étaient dans la chambre. Très bonne literie. Le douche très petite avec un simple rideaux. Dommage car il a un énorme potentiel.

Ótima localização

O anfitrião nos respondeu rapidamente e nos atendeu a tudo que precisávamos. A localização é excelente, viemos de metro do aeroporto e não precisamos rodar muito de mala, para a locomoção na cidade usamos um bondinho que pegávamos a metros do apartamento. Muito bom.

Se prendre pour un Milanais plutôt qu'un touriste

A deux pas du Duomo, un appartement qui n'a pas été rénové mais c'est là tout l'intérêt car, plutôt qu'une décoration universelle avec du mobilier Ikea, il offre sa décoration d'origine faite de moulure et de fresques avec en prime un petit balcon qui offre une vue typiquement italienne. L'entrée de l'immeuble se fait par téléphone après avoir scanné le QR code affiché sur la porte. L'entrée dans l'appartement se fait par un digicode sur la poignée, code communiqué après la session d'enregistrement grâce au QR code.

Terrible: cuando nos encontramos fuera ingresaron ladrones a nuestra habitación, rompieron nuestras maletas mientras estábamos fuera (resaltar que la puerta de ingreso no evidenció signos de violencia), tomaron nuestro efectivo, una cartera y zapatos de cuero, ropa, cosméticos recién comprados. El administrador nunca respondió por la falta de WiFi en la habitación y el día del robo respondió horas después de llamarlo insistentemente y sólo para decir que vaya a hacer la denuncia a una dependencia policial, y que él pedirá los videos de las cámaras de seguridad de una joyería que esta cerca de la propiedad supuestamente para identificar. Al siguiente día (qué dejábamos la pseudo estancia) respondió el celular después 6 horas, NUNCA DIO LA CARA, no se presentó y tampoco respondía a Expedia, no mostró interés en querer ayudar y menos en reconocer algo de lo hurtado. Por cierto la propiedad NO CUENTA CON CÁMARAS DE SEGURIDAD. Las instalaciones son viejas y sucias, no concuerdan con las fotos que exponen en Expedia. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, LES VAN A ROBAR Y NO VAN A RECUPARAR NI UN EURO. Otro detalle, la ducha es diminuta e incomoda para un adulto de estatura media. Lo único positivo: cerca del Duomo de Milano, pero esto pasa a un segundo plano con la experiencia terrible que sufrimos.

Der var meget beskidt ,havde lejet lige den lejlighed fordi der på foto var 2 værelser man kunne sove i det var der ikke , der var virkelig meget støj, vi havde brug for wi-fi det var der heller ikke efter 3 dage uden søvn valget vi at flytte hotel som så gav os en ekstra udgift

Poor communication needs improvement The apartment itself was in a great area and had a charm, although the overall experience could have been much smoother with clearer communication. There was no check-in information provided ahead of time as noted in Expedia, I had to follow up twice with maas specified method of communication. It would be helpful if the listing clearly stated that there’s no elevator, as accessibility could be a concern for some guests. One issue that really surprised me was an unannounced knock on my door early in the morning from someone I didn’t know, asking for the city tax. Later, I was asked to send my credit card info over WhatsApp, which I didn’t feel comfortable with—I suggested paying through a secure business link, which I used. With better check-in instructions, clearer tax payment options for contactless check in/ out, and more respectful communication, this stay could have been a lot more enjoyable.
