Helaas was de deur in hele slechte staat. De tv was heel slecht korrelig en haperend beeld ook de wifi was niet stabiel. Kamer was wel schoon en werd dagelijks schoon gemaakt en schone handdoeken.

The staff went out of their way from arrival to departure to ensure I enjoyed my stay. They were aldo very helpful today when my travel arrangements went awry. The room was spotless, modern with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge and the air con didn't take long to cool the room down. The area may not look quite, but the building was surprisingly so. I didn't hear any traffic noise or other guests. Its a good location if you want to catch a bus to the airport or a train elsewhere. The city centre is a short 15 min walk to the shops and restaurants and the harbour is maybe a 25 -30mins walk, it is flat all the way. It really is a superb place to stay. We tried and tried to contact this property to stay there but in the end had to book another accommodation becuase they didn't reply back to my emails, phone call message and WhatsApp message. I was told in my Wotif information that they would contact me 24 hours before my stay and that never happen. I was so disappointed as this was close to Naples train station and we need to return our car there and catch the train back to Rome and it just added stress that I didn't need. I would think more than twice about booking this accommodation as they are not reliable.

Adorei e indico muito esta acomodação. Limpo, confortável, café da manhã completo e perto da estação central. Pudemos deixar as nossas bagagens no check-out para curtir a cidade. Com certeza voltaria, obrigada por tudo!

Vi blev indkvarteret på et andet hotel efter vi fandt ud af at der ingen reception var på hotellet. På det andet hotel Sant'Angela fik vi et total nyrenoveret værelse. Meget stort og flot. Rengøring bestod dog kun i at redde sengen. Ingen rengøring af badeværelse og gulve eller kopper. Morgenmad var til gengæld fin... Men ok til prisen...meget centralt lige ved siden af central stationen.

La estancia fue buena, la atención de Valeria en todos los ámbitos fue excepcional, la habitación estaba limpia, el desayuno fue perfecto,Valeria nos ayudó en todo para que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta y estuvo super disponible a nuestras preguntas Lo único a mejorar en cuanto al hotel es que para hacer el check in deben acercarse al hotel sant’Angelo cerca a la estación garibaldi, y el teléfono de hotel.com no funciona así que espero esta reseña les ayude

Franchement l'hôtel n'a rien à voir avec l'endroit super propre et très calme. Seul complication on doit récupérer les clés et déjeuner dans un autre hotel mais c'est à 7 minutes à pied. Le petit déjeuner juste super vraiment un bon buffet avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande. Et l'hôtesse est super gentille.

The room was spotless, Valeria the member of staff was amazing and delt with a couple of issues. The big issue was one it is not a hotel as stated and two you have to check in at another address which was hard to find then find the the BB we were staying at. Was not told of these arrangements till the day by email. Problem if you dont use your phone.

Le Borgo Casanova est une extension de l’hôtel Sant’Angelo et est situé à environ 800m de l’hôtel. Il n’y a pas de réceptionniste, pas de wifi ni de déjeuner dans le Borgo Casanova.

The hotel has recently refurbishment, the room is big enough, they should consider to put a coffee table and chairs. The room is quiet, mattress is great and firm. The check in area is located 8 mins away from the rooms, surrounding you will not feel safe.

Frukosten var på en takterass vilket var mysigt. Ljudet från trafiken utanför hördes inte alls. Däremot fungerade inte vårt wi-fi och ljudisoleringen mellan rummen var inte bra.

Borga Casanova

Great room for a family of 4, lots of space, clean, newly refurbished and a really lovely bathroom. There was room service daily, the bathroom was cleaned and beds were made. The apartment was about a 7 minute walk from the main hotel where breakfast was served. Breakfast was great with a wide range of continental and cooked breakfasts. Local delicacies and vegetarians and gluten free options. The service in the hotel was excellent, staff were polite and super helpful. Neighbours in adjoining rooms were really noisy on a couple of nights which made sleeping tricky, room could possibly do with a bit of sound proofing.

We had booked 2 rooms at this place and upon arrival got separated into 2 diffeeent hotels, where people could just walk into our rooms. Further there was construction works happening throughout our stay making it very unpleasant on top of an extremely rude mad who checked us in. The room was tiny and flooded when you showered. Do not stay here and I will never be back

3 nätter på hotellet

Rum var jätte fint. Nyrenoverat. Nackdelen var att bi var tvugna hämta nycket på ett annat ställe tre gåtor bort där var frukost oxå. Hotellet ligger mycket nära tågstation på en gåta som man inte kännde sig säkert. Jag antar att så är det i Neapol. Vi stannade 3 nätter. Toaletten vid matsalen var smutsig och inte städat på 3 dagar. Maten var god mycket att välja på men personalen inte så serviceinriktad

There was no mention about picking up keys far from the hotel until we got there with all our luggage. The staff is rude and lied about sending us a message with instructions. The rooms are nice but not in a good area. WiFi doesn’t work. Stay somewhere else

There was only one staff member that did the breakfast and then cleaned the rooms. She was fantastic very friendly. But the was they check you in for this hotel is absolutely ridiculous!!! I got an email a few hours before check in i was told to go to a different hotel to check in and pick up keys. We finally got through all the doors for this hotel and got into our room. We had one working plug socket that was in the bathroom. Holes in the wall that had tissue paper in them to block them up. And something weird happening with the wall. On the plus side the beds were comfotable and the tv, i was able to connect to my netflix to watch english tv. I was eaten alive in the room as well by mosquitos. And the photos of the hotel on here really nothing like the room we got. I was very disappointed.

Correct avec prix attractif

Hôtel récent avec des chambres plutôt agréables au niveau de la décoration. Elles sont cependant assez petites et ne disposent pas vraiment d’espace pour poser ses affaires. Le check-in se fait dans un autre hôtel (Via Bologna 4), ce qui n’était indiqué nulle part et nous a donc surpris. De plus, la taxe de séjour s’est révélée plus élevée que ce qui était annoncé sur leur site. N Il y avait quelques gouttes provenant de la climatisation une fois en marche qui nous tombaient dessus. Pas top .. Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt sympathique et adapté à tous les goûts. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Le quartier n’est pas le plus joli, notamment au niveau de la propreté, mais on ne se sent pas en insécurité. L’hôtel reste assez proche de toutes les commodités.

Key pick up not at hotel!

Be aware the key pick-up is in completely different location (not exactly the safest either - we weren’t accosted by anyone, and was fine/got used to it by the end of our trip), but you aren’t informed until the day of, where key pick up is (a 7 min walk from where you’re staying).The room was fine, but the windows weren’t sealed properly, and the sink leaked at the bottom of the bowl. We were fortunate it didn’t rain for the window issues. (You could tell they slapped these rooms together quickly). The breakfast is at the key pick-up place, so we didn’t get to utilize the breakfast as we had plans. However I appreciated the hot water on demand and close proximity to the train station. If you’re a hoity-toity traveller (looking for 5-star type stuff), this place isn’t for you. I did try messaging the staff through the app (I didn’t have an italian number to call) and never received a response. All in all, it wasn’t bad.
