Great location with food & taxis nearby.

Very clean, large single bed apartment unit that felt a step above a typical hotel room. Powerful AC. Good wifi. A couple of things: there was a persistent screeching sound around the bed, like an old hard drive scratching non-stop. I couldn't find the source. Using the ear plugs they had on the bedside table was helpful in eliminating it. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have a trash can in the main room, not just the bathroom. Otherwise this is a great option in Triana, about a 20 minute walk to the downtown.

8/10 – Zeer goed

The apartment has very good location - close to attractions, grocery stores and bus stops. However, you can hear the noise from the street and the apartment is too dark for my taste as there is no natural light coming in because it's located on the ground floor and we preferred privacy so the shutters stayed closed. The A/C was nice to have after a long day in the sun. The apartment was very clean and communication with the host was very efficient.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, modern new comfortable furniture and a fantastic hot shower. I was a female travelling alone and I felt very safe. The location was perfect, two minutes from Triana market and 8 mins walk into the old town, highly recommend these apartments to anyone and would definitely book again, excellent!!!

Bagno spazioso. Buona la pulizia generale. Check in effettuato comodamente on line. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, situato in buona posizione a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Siviglia.

Merci !

2/10 – Slecht

Regrettably we had a very difficult time with this place. We arrived in the city and had still not received instructions of how to get in the apartment or where it was located. We went to where we thought was the location - it was not. We were very fortunate that my wife was able to get someone on the phone bc my first attempts failed - the person who answered at first was not helpful but a lady in the background was a Godsend - she talked the man into getting us an apartment- this while we are thinking we would have to find emergency accommodations elsewhere if that were even possible. A local helped us to get to the apartment- even he was surprised at the dismal location. Anyway - we made do but i will never again use their services for accommodations. They only provided us with three towels (we are a family of 5) and though we told them they did not do anything to rectify the problem. And to top it off, when we left the man even insulted my wife over the phone since we told them how disappointed we were. i will say that the inside of-the apartment was actually nice. it did have enough beds and the room itself looked recently renovated so i can at least compliment them for that.
