Beautiful building located centrally to many retail stores, anything you could need or want is within walking distance(banks, restaurants, mall), the neighbors are welcoming, the staff is friendly, security is top notch. Clear effective communication from the host, price is good, I couldn’t have had a better welcome to the Philippines. Salamat 🙏

What was unique in the place is that it was spacious. Our family of 6 perfectly fits. The unit also was homey, smelling good and well-kept. The space was also near to the mall and convenience stores. Transaction went smoothly. I would take this unit again if I visit Cebu in the near future. I would also recommend this to my sister and friends when they visit the Queen City of the South.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The place is charming and clean, though the sink faucets It had all the basic amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. One minor issue we noticed was that a few of the faucets were a bit wobbly and showed some wear, but they were still functional and did not significantly affect our stay. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive from booking to check-out, which made the entire experience hassle-free. The location is truly one of its best features—perfectly situated with easy access to everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.
