No air condition broken the room it was dirty the floor also and the bathroom it was looks like it was in construction. They never finishand all the details in the bathroom they never told me about the one elevated to go all the way and and I have to take another elevator to go on one floor and then catch the other elevator to the other floor. It was so confusing they never told me anything about it.

Llegué miércoles en la noche, había una situación con mi habitación, estaba marcada como sucia, lo resolvieron y me dieron otra; Jueves no hicieron limpieza en mi habitación, lo reporte y me indicaron que lo revisarían ; Viernes no había agua en el hotel, no me pide asear , tuve que ir a otro lado a bañarme, salí casi todo el día, regresé como a las 3 pm la habitación seguía sin aseo, volví a salir y regresé a las 8:30 pm y no había agua, ya habían hecho la limpieza, hice check out anticipado a otro hotel que tuviera agua para poderme asear.

Sinceramente si lo ves en las fotos me pareció bien. Pero fue una decepción que al llegar al lugar nos dijeran que el agua para bañarse salía con mal olor y de color amarillo. Nunca nos avisaron antes de llegar al lugar y hacer cambio de hotel. Un abuso sinceramente. Obviamente nos cambiamos de hotel pero no pareció profesional. Piensen antes de llegar a este lugar.
