An advise for additionalimprovement for the future
I love this location since it is located within a hutong in Beijing, living with the locals and experience life around it.
The downside is that it is not easy to reach by taxi, since it is within a hutong. I had to call the hotel in order for them to explain to the taxi driver, how he should drive to get to the hotel. The reception ladies were amazing, they have helped me a lot with their advises and they master the English language pretty good, which make it also easy to understand each other. I had given them a small present when I checked out from the hotel as an appreciation for their utmost service.
The major downside of this hotel is that it doesn't provide a small refrigerator so that their customer can put in items in themselves since it can be pretty warm in Beijing during the year. And you would like to make sure that your fruit, drinks and so on remains fresh and cold when you get back to your room. From a customer experience perspective, I would found this an added value to this hotel to have in each room a small working refrigerator.
