The food was of very good quality and a lot of different varieties. The room was big and perfect for our needs, even though the room was outdated it was clean and spacious. Special thanks to Cengiz at the poolbar who was one of the most hospitable person at the hotel.
Having that said, the FO team could be a lot more welcoming and explaining of where to find the towels or where the restaurant is located etc. they gave us the room key and that was it after waiting for them to finish their conversation.
As written in multiple reviews, the hotel is a bit outdated which is more than fine. However, the dumped some old sunbeds and trash in a corner at the pool which wasn’t pleasant to look at and could be easily solved. The kids was not invited by its facilities and should be renovated. The staff at the kids club were fantastic though and they did a lot of great activities. Overall, we had a good time but stayed in better hotels in the regions.
