Piazza di Spagna Prestige was perfect for our weekend in Rome. It is a small hotel (about 5 rooms) with very good English speaking hosts. The location is very good, close to the Spanish Steps, metro station Spagna and most highlights within walking distance.
The room we had was not big, but that wasn't an issue for us, as you don't stay in you room a lot anyway. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The Wifi was stable and the TV had some channels with an English audio streams (Sky box).
The breakfast cannot really be called a breakfast. You will get a croissant, a pastry and some juice placed at your door so you can eat/drink it in your room. This was not a big issue for us, there are many places around that we serve good sandwiches and other tasteful stuff in case you are still hungry.
There are many restaurants around, but as this is a tourist area they might be a bit pricey. A good tip will be a small restaurant called "Casa" (Passeggiata di Ripetta, 33), it is just a 5 minute walk, but not in the tourist area. They serve very good food for a reasonable price.
