We checked into our room, got settled, watched tv for a bit and then left for a few hours. Got back to our room and the tv had no service. I went to call the front desk and the phone would not work and when I picked it up the light on the table would flicker. I walked down stairs and let the front desk know. The gal came right up with me and fixed the tv but was unable to fix the phone. She left and not a minute later the tv, fridge microwave and lights on that wall all quit working. I went out to head to the front desk again to let her know and she was still close by so she came in and checked it out. She decided that she needed to change our room due to faulty electrical in the current room. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and did show some concern. However, at this point, maybe they should have compensated us more than just changing rooms as we now had to repack everything up and move it and I was on a time crunch as the band I am in was performing at the local theatre.
Once I was done with my job, I headed back to the hotel and almost missed the parking lot due to their sign not bein lit up. I let the front desk know of this and they were very well aware since it had not been working for some time.
In the morning, around 9:00, we went to check out their continental breakfast. This too was a bit disappointing as there was not much of anything to choose from.
I don't think I will book here in the future unless things change. Sad really as their staff was nice.
