Not happy!
Our check in was smooth. After that down hill. We had a lot of sketchy older men all over the hotel area on the way up to the second floor with no elevator for all our stuff. We get to our room open the door the room was fine but the smell of weed was like someone just smoked a blunt and then shut the door. I called down to switch rooms and she said no I’m sorry. I should have known then! So we get ready to swim which was nice. The pool was nice but not very many chairs. After we swim we go up shower and get ready for bed.
The next day we get up to shower and no hot water. I call down they say they are working on it. We leave with no shower for the entire day. We get back at 5 still no hot water. I ask for a refund so we can go to another hotel and she was like no sorry. WHAT??? We have been to the beach all day and can’t shower? We ended up leaving at 7 am the next morning to pay extra at our next hotel for early check in so we could shower! Never again. I know things happen but no refunds so we could go to another hotel.
