Friendly welcome at the reception. Basic room, good and clean. Good location in the city center, walking distance to major attractions, to the station and to the tram that takes you directly to the airport. The breakfast is simple but sufficiently varied. The bread could be better. Strange that the guests do not get a knife as standard. There are forks and spoons ready for guests. No knives. Everyone has to ask for this every day. The service by the two ladies is also special. They really do not make any effort at all to radiate kindness or hospitality. They move through the space like two tedious zombies, one in high speed, the other in slow motion. The 5 days that I was here I have never seen anything that could have been the beginning of a smile at either of them. Breakfast is filling but no fun.
