Terrible, worst hotel I’ve ever been. First of all, we booked the hotel through Expedia because of the free shuttle to Schiphol Airport. Be careful when you book whenever you have an early flight: the first shuttle only leaves at 6. Expedia advertises with the shuttle, but the time schedule is only written in very small letters somewhere at the bottom of the page. Apparently, we booked through a hot deal, but we were not aware of that at the time we booked and we can’t see anywhere in the booking we have a hot deal. The consequence of such a hot deal is that we cannot get the money back and look for a hotel with a shuttle bus that leaves earlier. Then, when we entered the room, it turned out it wasn’t clean. There was even poop in the toilet. How gross! Moreover, shower gel and shampoo were missing and there was dust everywhere. The only thing they could do was offer us a free drink at the bar. However, it was already late in the evening and we had to wake up at 4:30 because of our flight. We asked for some sort of refund or that the hotel would pay for our expensive taxi (we had to take because of the not so early shuttle bus), but according to staff, that was not an option. All in all, we will never return to this hotel and I would advise everyone to pick another one in the region.
