All my reviews are by the Rules & Regulations of Expedia.
First the good....few employees are 5 STAR:
1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English.
2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite.
3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite.
Now to the REALITY...I truly suffered there.
Extreme noise (day and night), was followed constantly by hotel employees.
Only 1 or 2 speak English in the entire hotel.
Most of the staff are very unfriendly.
1 of the hotel managers (I cannot mention his name due to Expedia Rules & Regulations) asked me questions that are illegal in USA, Canada & Europe.
Quote: What is your religion? Why are you in this country? Why are you in this city? Purpose? Are you single? Married? Divorced? So so shocking...
I felt very unsafe 24/7...wanted to leave/get a refund, same rude, disrespectful young manager said...quote: Sorry...NO REFUNDS.
Will NEVER GO TO this HOTEL AGAIN...SHOULD BE 1 STAR MAXIMUM !!
