Very nice place. A little older but clean. Some areas a under used and need a repurposing. We didn't try to use the pickleball courts but the sign up process seems to be a little foggy; maybe even outdated.
My husband and I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this facility. Even though it was very hot during the day we were able to get very early morning tennis times, borrow bikes and use the many pools often. It is a few block walk into town which made for some very fun short bike rides and walks. This property is incredibly built into the side of a hill with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. We really felt one with the desert and honestly I will be back again. Also we were in text contact with managers the entire visit and they helped us with any of the needs we had. At what point there was a lot of debris in one of the lesser used pools. I texted the front desk and within 5 minutes someone was there with a screen and he was incredibly kind and clean the whole pool for us. Thanks Manny!
We loved our stay! The room had much more than we expected. Very clean and comfortable.
There was even a little spa pool close to our room right next to the mountain. So wonderful and we had it all to ourselves.
We did have to get use to the loud room air conditioner but it was worth it! This is our favorite hotel in Palm Springs.
We loved our stay here! It was our first time and weâd definitely come back. We loved being able to have a kitchen. The adult pool was also very quiet and relaxing. The grounds are really nice too. They have lots of beautiful trees and flowers to provide shade. Wish we had stayed longer!
The property is old. Needs a makeover, in saying that it's very clean and staff respond quickly over texts to queries, however would not contemplate a even slightly later checkout and the iron they gave us spat water everywhere and housekeeping were already gone for the day. I literally couldn't wear an outfit because everything needed an iron, this was 4.30pm. Sometimes the little things go a long way when it comes to convenience and we paid a bomb amount for stagecoach weekend.
This place is absolutely amazing! My friends and I stayed here for Coachella weekend. There was 4 of us and it was super comfy! Plenty of mirrors, perfect for getting ready for the festival without having to fight for space. The kitchen was a lifesaver in the mornings. Having breakfast in the back patio was adorable. Would highly recommend!
Great location, walkable to downtown Palm Springs shops and restaurants. Amazing tennis facilities with 11 courts and very friendly tennis staff. The rooms were a bit dated, but they were clean and the staff was responsive to any concerns. The pool area was nice with a separate pool for kids and a few separate hot tubs throughout the property. Does not have many of the amenities of some of the larger resorts, but we also loved the historic context of the location and huge plus for the tennis facilities.
My wife and I arrived with her elderly parents. My mother-in-law's top requirement for a place to stay was to use the pool. She cannot walk far and the description of the hotel gave no indication that the pools are spread out around the property. Although we booked 2 rooms on the same reservation, the 2 studios rooms weren't near each other. Getting to the pools would be some distance making them impossible to access for my mother-in-law.
We immediately went back to the front desk to explain the situation. Elysa was fabulous and was able to find a 2-bedroom room in a courtyard facing the pool. Although it was about 30% more than the 2 rooms, it turned out to be worth it having easy access to the pool and being able to visit together.
