Avoid this place at all costs worst hotel experience Iâve ever had. I booked a two-night stay through Hotels.com, and when I arrived, the hotel claimed there was a glitch in their system and refused to honor my reservation. Instead, they made me pay an extra fee just to check in â despite the fact that I had already paid in full for two nights.
I stayed one night, and the next morning the hotel owner tried to forcefully kick me out, claiming I hadnât paid for a second night â which I had. I explained the situation and showed proof, but they still refused to let me stay or give me any kind of refund. I was left with no choice but to leave early and deal with the mess myself.
Iâve filed a complaint with Hotels.com and my credit card company, and Iâm still waiting to hear back. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
Do not book here.
There was mildew all over the bathroom walls, and when you are even trying to check in, nobody is there to assist you. No breakfast as mentioned in their reservation. It's a scam period.
