Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. The room, bed and bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Service was slow except for Lateef, the chef, and the manager who were very nice. I'll stay there again.
This was the worst hotel and i wouldnt even call it that. Prostitutes coming and going all day and night. The rooms were disgusting. Theres no hotel sign. The breakfast consist of eggs only unless you are nigerian or indian. The pictures on the site where very deseving. I wouldnt recommend this hotel if thats what you want to call it to my worse enemy. . It must be removed from all sites...
This hotel overall is good. It was very reasonably clean with very large rooms and bathrooms which seemed well maintained. The locality was in a nice secure estate. I had a very comfortable night sleep. My only issues were with the reception who checked us in, he wasn't well suited to that hotel as he seem to want to argue with us as customers. I believe further training in customer service is needed there. The evening receptionist seems more adapted to hotel reception work, he had a good , friendly and welcoming disposition.
My other issue was with the internet which was worst than crawling speed, after 15 minutes, I gave up trying to open a page, luckily, I had data on my phone which I could share with my computer.
Lastly. the TV seemed to have been programmed only to one channel which you were stuck with. You cannot change or move anywhere.
If these issues are corrected, then Atlantic Hotel will be the place to stay in Lagos.
Had Problems Checking in because they had not heard from Hotels .com. Kept waiting for almost 30 minutes. Eventually resolved. Manager was rude in the process although he later apologised and gave the food we had ordered as complimentary.
Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel located in a serene environment. Food not fantastic though.
Shower functional but shower head not large enough so water effect limited.
