Terrible experience!
We made a booking for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were told that they were full, despite our booking confirmation. We had to wait for 3 hours (welcome drink arrived after 2 hours) to be told that the only options were to stay in a dorm (for price of double room!!) or to go on a trip with them for the full price! Wow, bad managed. Even more, we checked the rooms online and they still had some higher class rooms available. They obviously didn't want to offer that and kept on saying they were full (except for the dorm). We wanted our money back which was okay. After we negotiated a correct exchange rate (unbelievable!) they offered to call a taxi for us. Subsequently, they wanted us to pay for the taxi! Well, our advise is: Don't stay here! Unbelievably bad management and service!
