The room I booked had hair in the shower pan. It wasnât hair belonging to a head. Pretty disgusting. The shower head was clogged so water pressure was low coming out of it. The pillows were flat as can be and even stacking them didnât help. For a Hilton brand this was not what I was expecting. Iâll be generous and give a 3 due to staff being nice. Outside of that.. abysmal experience.
One of my favorite places to stay. Itâs always really consistent. Place is clean and the rooms very spacious. They also have the best breakfast of any other place Iâve tried. If you like to workout the gym is pretty big and has a good selection. Downsides would be the bathroom doors are sliding and donât seem to want to latch. The bathroom is kinda small too. The carpet in the hallways is old and coming up and needs replacement. Other than those minor things itâs a very nice hotel and very reasonably priced
Received a notice from the property that I could check in online from the Hilton app and get digital key. I have done this countless times, but the process stopped when it was time to get the digital key. Said I had to go to the front desk. So frustrating. Two hours prior to arrival, I selected chat with front desk option in order to resolve the issue. No one ever responded. This was a technology, process, and worst of all, service failure.
