On the second day of my stay, when I retuned in the afternoon to my room, I noticed my room wasn't cleaned, the trash was still full, bed unmade, and dirty towels not exchanged.
I asked the reception around 15:00 if my room could still be cleaned; no, no cleaning, but I was welcome to do it myself, and I could get fresh towels.
I returned an hour later, no towels so I called reception again, and now got a new stack of towels, 5 minutes later another stack.
COVID-19 measures are strictly followed here which is a good thing, but 'standard' Hotel services are not to be cancelled like this and not at this price. I am not happy with this. No apologies, and certainly this was not mentioned when I made the reservation.
Great location close to the station, but with no service I would not return here if this can't be corrected.
