This hiyel was very hard to find. Almost impossible. The taxi driver from the airport got lost trying to find it. We had to use our phones GPS to find it. We finally found it (after almost an hour of aggravation) and the lady that opened the door spoke NO English and did not even know if we had a reservation. I pre-paid online through Expidia 6 weeks in advance and still she had no clue. She called multiple ppl to try and get someone who could speak English and finally got a guy that asked multiple questions about confirmation email. Make sure you can show them you email! We go to our room and it was very clean. A.c. didn't work at first, but the got a guy to come and fix it before nighttime. There was no hot water and they did not have enough towels the entire time. It was very very noisy the entire night. Between the buses, taxis, cars, ppl screaming at all hours, and the store closing at midnight-it was very hard to sleep. I woke up multiple times a night every single night. I would suggest spending the extra money to get a hotel or at least find a guest house that has a sign outside the door and someone who speaks a little bit of Engkish
