Hotel room was fine, check-in was okay, it’s a bit awkward because you have to go up to the first floor down some steps to check in, it’s not quite like a traditional hotel reception.
The room was clean enough, and bathroom new, and unacceptable bed.In terms of location, its Eccles and Eccles, is Eccles!

Our main parking was the parking.
On Hotels.com, it says parking is £2 all day.
This is in fact the case, if only if you get your parking at hotel reception, on the first floor, bit.
When you arrive in the car park, there’s clear notices saying that it’s £15 for 24 hours, with the driving car parking company, and that you must pay immediately on arrival.
These notices are interpreted to form the contract, for your parking there. Nowhere does it seem to say that if you’re a hotel residence, there is an exemption, or a discount, that can be obtained by paying for the Parking Through a code in reception.
Therefore, if you do not pay for parking on arrival, you would be in breach of contract and liable for the £100 fine, technically speaking. And we know these car parking companies work on technicalities.
So this is both misleading And unfortunately when I spoke to reception, they seemed impotent to help that said well helpless and ineffective, they were polite.
It’s all very well getting it reasonable value hotel room, but if the cost of your state goes up by 25% due to car parking, what’s the point?
