I was pleasantly surprised about my stay, as I did not have high expectations taking into account the relatively low price. My ground floor studio had everything one could need: great size, high speed free wifi, nice and clean bathroom, fairly comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, easy key system, etc.
Location-wise, the hotel is a bit far from the city centre if you're planning to do everything by foot. However, it's just a 3 minute walk to the main station, where you can find plenty of public transportation options. With the 24 hour Vienna pass only costing €8, it was definitely not an issue. Besides, the station also conveniently offers plenty of (take-out) food options.
Unlike what is mentioned on hotels.com, the reception is opened until 10 pm on weekdays and 9 pm in the weekend. Moreover, check-out was until 11 am (and not 10 am), and only consisted of putting your room key in a mailbox. Both pleasant surprises!
A disadvantage for some might be the fact that daily cleaning service is not included. I personally enjoyed not having to worry about housekeeping knocking at your door while you're taking a shower.
Overall, I did not experience a single problem and I don't think it's easy to find better value for money in Vienna. I definitely want to stay here again in the future.
