I am shocked to see the condition and behavior of manager. On reaching hotel Manager denied booking ,When I showed him booking email from Expedia then he after long discussions he gave room ,one delux room and one small room.He asked for more money ,when showed the mail again then he refused to give complementry breakfast.After very difficulty he agreed for complentry breakfast.Rooms were in bad condition only one bulb was working other were fused and no repair was done .Bed sheet was changed after reminding several times only after two days.Staff behaviour totally unprofessional and rude.I am surprised how Expedia like agency have included in their hotel list.It is giving bad name to Expedia.I will not recomend any one to stay in this hotel.
