Prepaid for hotel room, tried to cancel, was told that I couldn’t make changes. I understand. Since my understanding was that the room was paid for and no changes could be made, I did not call ahead to tell the office that I’d be arriving the next day. When I arrived I found out I was listed as a no show, that the room was rebooked, and there were no vacancies. I paid your company for the room, but then you rebooked. That’s an awful business practice. I paid over $300 for a room I never even saw. You got paid double for a room.
