I wish I could review the hotel; we never got to stay there. Despite my calling earlier in the day to say we would need a late check in ("no problem"), I received a call at MIDNIGHT saying they no longer had a room for us. They overbooked. But never fear they had moved us to another hotel w/in 5 miles. You can imagine how unhappy I was as my wife was on her way to the hotel, already exhausted. Still 2 nights w/ 2 beds? Yes, they said. Is the place any good? Definitely, they said. My wife gets to the new location and they know nothing about this whole transfer. They also do not have 2 bed rooms, completing screwing up our family plans for the weekend. And the hotel was not the worst I've stayed in, but not far from it. My wife and daughter felt nervous the entire time. I had to be the one to bring up some sort of compensation for this mistreatment and 10% off is all they did. Handled terribly all around, so this company gets zero stars from me.
