The bed was extraordinarily squeaky, the WiFi was incredibly weak and for the vast majority of the time, totally unavailable inside the room. The room with the toilet and the room with the shower were both small and separate from the sink area. Also, the water was cool or cold about half the time, if not more. I should have known by the name "ZEN Rooms" that the facility is not a hotel at all...and our room was described as a "Dormitel Room" on a plaque on the wall inside the room, which also stated that the establishment is not to be held responsible for any of the guest's property if stolen from the room. My room mate (a Filipino) and I were very disappointed on practically every account with our stay, and I, personally, was shocked. I would have cancelled my stay and required a refund if that had been an option. The photographs that Zen Rooms Golden Panda QC show online are very old photos, and do not show the current real look. I forfeited the last two nights of my 16 night stay there...willing to lose the money I paid in advance. I hate giving such a terrible review of my experience, but I have to be honest. I would not recommend ZEN Rooms Golden Panda QC to anyone I know.
