During my stay at this hotel, I encountered numerous issues that made the experience extremely unpleasant. To begin with, there was mold present along the bottom of the bathroom mirror. Additionally, the toilet emitted a loud, high-pitched noise each time it was flushed. When I attempted to purchase a bottle of water, I discovered the self-checkout area was not operational. As a result, I approached the front desk, where the staff member displayed an unprofessional attitude, as if my request for water was an inconvenience.
Later that evening around 8 PM, the fire alarm sounded, leading to an evacuation of all guests, including myself, a pregnant woman already in bed. My husband assisted me, and we had to quickly dress and leave the room, remaining outside for approximately 45 minutes. Upon inquiring about the cause of the alarm upon reentry, we were informed it was triggered by the hotel's staff who were using smoke devices during a party. The front desk offered a simple "sorry for the inconvenience" as a response.
When checking out, I expressed my concerns to the two individuals at the front desk. They assured me that management would reach out, but it has been two weeks, and I have yet to receive any communication.
