Terrace and apartment were really nice, however the communication was terrible.
We didn’t get any information about the key before arrival. We called the company several times without any help. First of all they didn’t found our reservation. When finally they got it they said they would send an email with an access code, which they didn’t. We had to call different times explaining we didn’t received any email. They started to ignore us, not picking up the phone, putting us on hold and not coming back with an answer. Arrived in London, we called them again saying we couldn’t enter. After a lot of fuss and help from local people we managed to get the key.
