Imagine the following:
You get back to Pokhara after many days trekking with no heat, electricity, or running water and you're looking forward to a hot shower in the nice looking hotel you spent extra money to book, only to find out there is no hot water. You ask at the desk and the say they will fix it, it'll take about an hour. You try again later that night, still no hot water. You give up and take a "shower" with the electric kettle, because at least that'll be hot. You lay in bed for the night and find out the outlet next to your bed doesn't work, so you have to plug in your phone across the room. The next morning you try another shower, still cold. That about sums up this hotel stay.
