Room smelled terrible. We had to ask room spray multiple times during our stay. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. They didnât provide towel and bath mat and we had to ask them. Rooms were not clean during check in.
The only positive was the staff were responsive.
Manager cancelled our booking when we checked in even with proof of confirmation from Expedia. Then went on to demand we pay extra. Finally after calling Fabhotels and confirming our booking , he tried to transfer us to another hotel across the road with no a/c. Absolutely unacceptable. Get rid of the manager else send him for training in basic hospitality and common sense.
