Customer service is non-existent here. After another guest was assigned to our room and strolled right in, no effort was made to contact us to apologize. We were later awoken by a housekeeping manager who knocked on our door and told us we needed to call the front desk to “sort things out”, which was odd because I’m not in charge of assigning rooms, so I’m not sure why this mistake was mine to fix. After this, the only contact made by management came in the form of two generic text messages and one email from guest services which still has not been acknowledged. On top of the gross service failure and lack of standard hospitality skills from the staff, the location does not have sufficient on-site parking for guests, which includes a ground level lot and UG garage. The shower tile also had pencil measurements from the contractor who installed it; somehow never having been seen or cleaned by the staff.
