We arrived at 1:00 pm and according to the listing in hotels.com, checking is at noon. The policy at the hotel is check in at 3. No attempt to accommodate us. Policy is policy according to the clerk (who we eventually learned he is also the hotel manager). We chose the room because of the in-room hot tub. The shower head was so restricted that the water flow was nothing more than a trickle (no bath tub) and what water did trickle out constantly fluctuated from freezing cold to scalding hot. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious, though. Overall, I consider this hotel to be the worst I’ve EVER experienced! We have nicknamed it “The Hotel from Hell.
