We never got the lockbox code and was left standing at 1am after a late flight in! Never Again!!

This was a scam the police in the lobby said this the second time someone got scammed and sent to their apartment complex believing that the reservation was real. I text the number some lady says she busy can she call me back .. in which I said your scamming and this was on thanksgiving at that

We got our booking confirmed but never got lock box access or instructions nor replies for text messages and telephone number never worked even weekdays. We had to find different place to stay for convention period. So we never checked in and looks like it was not charged but it was extremely inconvenient and stressful. I don’t know why they list at all if they don’t have service to offer

I arrived. And they were not even there to give me the key. On my instructions for check in it was from 3p-4:30a. The guy only texted me. After I told him I was highly upset he told me I could just leave. There was suppose to be a lock box there. There was nothing. All liars. And now Expedia is saying they cannot get me my money back.

I showed up with my family at 11pm and was told there was no room for us. I had already paid! I am now fighting for a refund. Unacceptable! We drove 6 hours! No one could give us any answers. Called and texted “property manager” who then told me to contact a different person. This other person told me she also had no say or power to check us in. Was then told to contact Hotels.com. Hotels.com couldn’t get a hold of person responsible for listing either!! We ultimately had to find and pay for a different place 20 minutes away ! Absolutely unacceptable!!!
