Not for light sleepers or folks with back pain,

The hotel is located in a party area, so there’s lots of noise from neighboring bars, especially on Friday and Saturday until a lesser degree Sunday nights. The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable. The area felt safe, but it is very isolated from the rest of Rio. The area lacks grocery stores and convenience stores, so it wasn’t helpful having a kitchenette when I had nowhere to buy groceries.The towels were very poor quality . The elevator broke down during my stay, so I had to relocate to a lower floor. They graciously accommodated that request. Unfortunately, when I got to the new room, there was no bidet, no hangers for the clothes, and no safe. I understand that elevators break down, but there’s no logical explanation for them to have inconsistencies in the amenities from one identical room to the next. The staff was great, but it would be nice if they had more English proficiency to accommodate tourism.

O hotel entrega muito bem aquilo que se propõe: uma estadia funcional, moderna e bem localizada. As instalações são novas e bem cuidadas, transmitindo sensação de conforto e organização desde a chegada. A localização é um dos grandes destaques. Estando no coração da Lapa, o hotel é perfeito para quem deseja conhecer os Arcos da Lapa, aproveitar a vida boêmia da região e explorar o centro da cidade com facilidade. Além disso, a proximidade com o Aeroporto Santos Dumont torna a hospedagem muito conveniente para quem precisa apenas passar uma noite antes de um voo ou fazer uma estadia rápida na cidade. Os quartos têm uma estrutura simples, mas funcionam muito bem. O chuveiro é bom, os amenities — como shampoo, sabonete e demais itens disponibilizados — também são de qualidade e atendem perfeitamente às necessidades da estadia. Outro ponto muito positivo é a presença do cooktop no quarto, que dá liberdade ao hóspede para preparar a própria refeição, algo especialmente útil em hospedagens mais longas ou para quem busca economizar. Também vale mencionar as amenidades vendidas na recepção, que parecem ser ótimas opções para maior praticidade durante a hospedagem, embora eu não tenha tido a oportunidade de verificar os preços.

A experiência foi razoável: quarto limpo e organizado, ar condicionado funcionando bem, equipe de funcionários (apenas um por turno), o que dificulta aos mesmos prestarem bom serviço nos momentos de movimento. Estacionamento é paga à parte (R$ 50,00) e a entrada e por outra rua, porém é interligado ao hotel, pelos fundos. Não oferecem café da manhã. Não tem uma boa padaria nas proximidades.
