Very comfortable apartment, spacious for 2 travelers. Kitchen was well designed and supplied. We felt the location was ideal for a multi-day visit to Florence: close enough to major attractions to walk (with a nice riverside route that avoids the narrow, crowded arterials) but in a quieter residential area with some nice "local" businesses nearby. As noted by others, the check-in and initial access to the apartment is a bit more complicated than we've experienced at other apt/hotels, but the staff was very responsive to calls/texts and we did not encounter any notable problems.

Supermercado proximo. Mas sem restaurantes ou cafes . O deslocamento à pé é muito cansativo por se tratar de uma cidade onde tudo é feito à pé. Tranquilo para jovens mas não é ideal para pessoas com mais idade. A escada de acesso é perigosa para idosos e crianças!

The property was in a residential area but only a 10 minute walk into the city centre. The apartment was spotless , spacious and absolutely beautiful. The hosts were amazing and each time my Husband messaged them , they got back to us prompt. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and we had a lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us upon arrival. We will definitely return in the future . Thank you so much !

Camera pulita, estrema disponibilità di chi ci ha accolto; possibilità di check in anticipato e di lasciare le valigie dopo il check out. Nella camera c'era tutto l'occorrente. Ottima soluzione per fermarsi a Firenze, che si può visitare spostandosi anche a piedi.

Beautiful, modern, super clean, and a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a lot of privacy in the heart of Florence, located at a safe and quiet street. The apartment is equipped with 3 A/C units and 2 bathrooms which was great. The beds were very comfortable, and hot water always available. Close to everything you want to see, you can walk anywhere you want to go to visit Florence. Rachele was extremely helpful and excellent at communicating check-in and check-out instructions. The process was smooth. She was very welcoming too. Definitely worth staying here! Thank you! When we come back to Florence we will stay here again.

Exactly as the posting makes one hope for! Rachelle is such a wonderful host, showing true hospitality like "the old days". She was flexible for us to store our luggage and helped us get a taxi on our way out of town when the apps weren't working. The apartment is one of the cleanest places we've stayed. (And I'm a germaphobe!) The modern apartment was wonderful, had great water pressure, and was super quiet. GREAT for us light sleepers! The bed is extremely firm, so bear that in mind and there are stairs...if you have a mobility issue like myself. But there is an elevator to take you up once you get to the 2nd (1st) floor. I can't recommend this apartment enough. If you have high standards and can remember the early days of apartment rental companies etc and how great that all was, you'll love this place!
