-The staff was delightful. The restaurant manager Fred was wonderful and friendly.
-We booked this 4 star place in part because of the advertised laundry service but on day 3 of our stay when I asked, I was told they didn’t have that service.
-for an advertised 4 star hotel, The rooms air conditioning was very bad and left much to be desired and made sleeping quite difficult even with the ceiling fan. We put the Thermostat down to 19c but the room never made it CLOSER. The last 2 days had horrible AC and the hotel lobby AC was completely broken.
-The maid service did not change our towels or remove some trash from our room on day 4 and 5 of our stay.
- Early morning we would feel and hear loud bangs which shook the room, bed and hanging pictures waking us every time. we assume they were boats docking but can’t be sure.
-advertised room service was simply a small piece of the menu from the one restaurant downstairs.
-nice staff and I believe service and equipment will enhance in coming months and years
