Als je samen in je kamer komt kom je niet meer bij zo klein😆 maar het is super schoon en alles past precies het hotel ligt echt aan zee en heeft overheerlijk ontbijt, restaurant en pub. Stadje ligt ietsje verderop en is ook supergezellig met restaurantjes en barretjes met op vrijdag veel live muziek.

Lovely hotel overlooking Pegwell Bay. Great breakfast which you could eat outside overlooking bay if you wanted to. Quick check in, friendly staff, room very clean.

Excellent stay. Terrific hotel - better than the hotel chains that I usually stay at but even better prices, and, in addition free breakfast included in the price.

The room was very small indeed. The bathroom was even smaller. Cleanliness was not top priority unfortunately. We felt disappointed. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

A warm welcome greeted us in reception the room was clean, tidy and fully equipped. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home, overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will certainly return.

Breakfast menu fresh and good choices. Would benefit from more disabled parking bays, and an accessible guest toilet in reception. Also our room could do with heated towel rail in bathroom as it was rather chilly in there. Otherwise lovely hotel and would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in a superb location - excellent staff. The decor is a tad dated but that didn’t effect our enjoyment at all. The location is lovely, close to Ramsgate in a lovely peaceful area. There are 2 fab pubs just over the road both with great big outdoor decks where you sit and enjoy the fabulous sunsets. Great value with breakfast included - highly recommended. There is a fabulous local bus service called the Loop that runs really frequently and will take you from Ramsgate to beautiful Broadstairs and Margate very easily and runs from early morning to late at night

Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. All staff were so lovely and happy and helpful. Spotlessly clean- cleaners were amazing! Didn’t book a wedding party room so mine was at the back of the hotel. The room would have been small for two people but for me, on my own, it was fine. Great ensuite. Breakfast was nice. A little bit of a continental choice and a choice from the menu of delicious hot food. I would definitely stay again but book a room with a sea view.

Breakfast was great. Hot, served fast and flexible. The staff in the restaurant were great. Compliments to the chef. The only thing we found was a difficulty with the television. You had to stand right in front of it and hold the 'on button for about 30 seconds before it would come on. Also, it was difficult to change channels, especially getting to number 1. It wiould have been nice to have instructions if that is normal and a list of channels available.

Great reception and welcome of this hotel in a fabulous location overlooking tge bay. Room well furnished and bery comfortable, super en suite with shower, plenty hot wster. Airy with opening windows. We had 3rd floor room (elevator👍). Breakfast room with sea views and sit out balcony. Restaurant/bar separate at street level with great furnishing indoors and wonderful balcony overlooking the bay. Staff and service superb. I had the biggest sea bass i’ve had anywhere. Great food especially the veggies. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Rooms are very small Asked to use bathroom when we arrived but not one available in hotel ??!! We could use the restaurant across the road but wasn’t open. The waitresses are amazing though particularly Gracie, so friendly and couldn’t do enough!

The building is very well maintained and spotless. The staff efficient, kind and willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast delicious and team attentive. The is a period hotel that reveals in its charms. Classic attention to detail and supporting of local business's. Exceptional view across the sea from appropriate rooms. Totally recommend this property for a bit of old fashioned Kent hospitality..!!

Great to have plenty of storage in the room for clothes as we visited just after the last heat wave and had to take more clothes (just in case). The hotel was very clean and the food top notched home made rather than just shove in the microwave bought in.

Hotel location and quality for price were outstanding. However breakfast was quite poor (and worse than other reviews indicated) and although restaurant staff were excellent and attentive the food quality was disappointing on both occasions. Would go back though but would eat elsewhere.

Just a one night stay. One of the hottest days of the year. There is no aircon but there was a fan. No aircon not normally an issue! Staff are great. Restaurant very good. Lovely place to stay and easy access to Ramsgate.
