Location was perfectly central and in a lively location. Room attributes were very good, good size, extremely clean, bathroom clean and modern. This hotel has a lift. And most importantly the 2 ladies on front desk were extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations. A great stay.

The hotel was in a very good location, very close to everything. The hotel room and bathroom were very small, but I understand, that is normal for Europe. We arrived a the hotel around 11 am, our room wasn't ready yet. We were able to leave our luggage and walk around. We came back at 2:45 pm and the room was still not ready. We were told to come back in 15 min. We did come back in 15 min and the room was ready.

This was a terrible hotel. The room was too small to even move around. There is no sound proofing and it was too noisy from outside even with the windows closed. The bed was very uncomfortable and small. It's just a waste of money to stay here.

Hotell med utmärkt läge mitt i Gamla stan! Nära till alla restauranger man kan behöva och till lokaltrafik samt tågstationen. Rummet var litet, men tillräckligt för en stadsweekend. Rent och prydligt i rum och badrum. Ingen inbyggd luftkonditionering, vilket kompenserats med en portabel AC i rummet som gav tillräcklig kyleffekt till priset av kraftigt buller. Man försågs med öronproppar och ansiktsmask vilket kan vara skönt att ha när man sover eftersom det kan leva om utanför hotellet i samband med städning och leveranser under morgontimmarna.

The location is great. There is an air con in the room. There is also a lift to carry the luggage upstairs. Too bad when we checked out, the lift is out of order so we have to carry the luggage downstairs. The room is spacious but the restroom is very small. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

Underrated lodging….it is located in the heart of Old Town Zurich. The Ass Bar pastry/ coffee shop is steps away. They wisely included window air conditioner…I wouldn’t have survived without it. The price was an amazing value….especially since the majority of your time will be spent enjoying the sights. 😊

O hotel é super bem localizado, o staff é muito atencioso, camas e travesseiros muito confortáveis, o box do banheiro é bem pequeno. A minha única reclamação é que o quarto é muito quente e não tem ar condicionado. Eles disponibilizaram um ventilador, ajudou bastante, mas mesmo assim ficava muito quente (fomos em Maio, a temperatura na cidade estava em torno de 15-20). Fora isso, o custo-benefício é excelente.
