"The Superior Sea View room we booked had a very limited sea view. I think it would have been more accurate to offer this room as “Partial Sea View”. Trying to resolve the issue was also unfortunately a very unsatisfying experience. Other than that, the large majority of the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent, and the location is probably one of the best in this part of Hvar. Tip: Don’t follow Google Maps directions when walking to the hotel. Take the waterfront path around the pier instead. It’s a much easier walk."

"The hotel has a great location close to the old town, promenade and harbour. It is small, but well kept, well climatized and clean. Breakfast had all the basic necessities. The standout for me was the staff which was always helpful and with positive attitude. Especially the two reception ladies went above and beyond to give recommendation for sights and restaurants in the city, which I appreciated very much. The hotel was a great choice for me, as a first time visitor to Split with a relatively short stay & no car."

"Unser Aufenthalt verlief vom ersten Moment einfach super. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und waren erfreut über die moderne Austattung im gesamten Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und professionell. Das normale günstige Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Schrank mit vielen Ablageflächen und Hängern für Klamotten, und wurde ein Mini-Bügelbrett mit Eisen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und das Rührei und Spiegelei ist sehr lecker. Die beiden Pools sind tagsüber gut besucht und auch einladend zum Abkühlen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt um drei Nächte verlängert und sind dafür ins größere Zimmer mit Balkon gezogen. Dort ist wirklich genügend Platz für zwei Personen. Werden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen und im nächstes Jahr eventuell nochmal kommen!! Vielen Dank an Branko <3"

"Set in a stunning location right on the harbour in Milna, the setting alone makes it worth the trip. There’s a boat fuel station just to the right of the hotel, so you get to watch an amazing parade of boats, yachts, and catamarans slowly cruising in to refuel, a lovely, relaxing thing to watch from the terrace with a drink in hand. What really made our stay special was the staff, genuinely some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced. Helpful, insightful, courteous, attentive, and warm from the moment we arrived. A huge thank you to Emiliano in particular, who went above and beyond, happily spending time planning our short trip with us and sharing brilliant local knowledge and expertise. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Getting to the hotel was straightforward via Milna port just be prepared for a scenic 2km walk around the harbour, which is a lovely way to arrive. Breakfast was a highlight in itself: fresh, generous, and genuinely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We couldn’t have asked for a better first weekend away from the kids. Thank you, Hotel Milna Osam, for making it such a special one, we’ll be back!"
