We stayed for one night at this hotel - it was fantastic. One of the best features is that it is up in the hills close to the chairlift site up to the volcanic cone. It is also far away from the very touristy coastal region and nestling in some very expensive privately owned homes, which were very pleasant to drive around. There is nobody staffing the hotel but checking in was a breeze as they communicated very clearly with us by messaging. We turned up and our room was open with the key inside. One of the benefits is that there are local fusion restaurants nestled in the hills – not many – but the quality is excellent. We had a very nice dinner at a small 10-seat only restaurant called the Prince Restaurant. Very close only a short drive. This place is very highly recommended and a good break from the touristy areas.
