Beautiful place and I would love to come back in the future once all the kinks are worked out and the construction is actually finished.
I was unaware they had only opened a week before my stay. Things in my room didn’t work, cold and hot water was mixed up, the rugs in the room shed so bad and get on everything and is very itchy. elevators went down multiple times, one day for almost 4 hours, lot of the amenities that were a selling point were unavailable. Wine bar and steam room both under construction. Lots of construction still going on during my stay one day two men came asking for entry into my room to take measurements. Also there is no privacy locks on the rooms and one staff member walked in while I was getting ready. Also there is no direct way to contact the front desk by phone in case of emergencies or a need for assistance. There is a guest services chat on the app but I am unsure if it’s always a live person as sometimes there is no answer or significant delay in response.
Again very beautiful but I probably would have had a better stay had I waited to book once things were completed.
